Refund Policy

By using this site and/or purchasing products and/or services from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read this section carefully and understand the terms of conditions outlined herein.

MEMBERSHIPS
The “One-time Enrollment Association fee” may be refunded as long as cancellation occurs within 30 days of the enrollment date. 
The first months recurring billing fee may be refunded as long as cancellation occurs within 30 days of the enrollment date. 

For example:
Enroll September 29, may cancel before November 29 without being billed
Enroll August 3, may cancel before Sept 1 without being billed

Requests for cancellation of any monthly recurring billing must be placed by phone with Customer Service: GHM Benefits at 1-888-565-7154 If the cancellation is not made thirty days prior to the next billing cycle then the recurring billing will not be canceled until the following month.

GHM is not responsible for the member’s failure to correctly cancel his/her membership and this cancellation does not entitle the member to any type of refund.

BANK CHECK POLICY
A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be incurred if a personal check, third party check or company check is returned to GHM for non-sufficient funds.

This fee along with the initial payment for GHM materials and/or services will be paid by the purchaser immediately following the notice that the funds were not available.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS 
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

GHM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on OUR's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
